And he saids mean things to me but my boyfriend doesn’t believe me and he’s not doing anything to help me so I’m asking is his right?

I don't think it's wrong for a 7th and 9th grader to date. Pretty close in age. But, it is wrong for him not to allow his friend to bully you. He should stand up for you.

Well, he might think you're the one who blocked him when he realizes he can't contact you. But you an either talk to him about it when you get back or you can use someone else's phone to text/call him.
