I watched an advert on YouTube and can't find out who sings it and it annoying! Does anyone know what this is?

I thought it was it was Nickle back because some of the way its sung is similar to his voice but I don't know.

@Coconut_Man I think so... First time hearing the song, but I googled it and it says that it's written by some guy Rejhan Okanović but Mahir is singing. Also I saw that they said the full song will be available online but that was two years ago so I doubt it'll happen.
