Guys, How heavy is too heavy when picking up a girl?

I'm pretty tall for my age (5'8) and weigh around 130 lbs. I'm in good shape though. I'm just wondering how heavy is too heavy when picking up a girl? I'm a pretty anxious person and have always been self conscious about my weight so...

It depends on the guy, and it depends on if you are helping or are struggling and/or limp. 130 is starting to get heavy if she's limp/asleep, but completely manageable if she's helping (using her arms and hooking her knees, etc.).

A 150 pound guy is going to struggle. A 200 pound guy should be just fine.
