So, there was a notice for all the residents by the property manager. That there would be a inspection, to see if anything needed to be fixed.

well, after my inspection. The property manager complimented me, that my unit is the most kempt/cleanest unit in the whole building 🤩.

I’d like to thank Pinterest and my parents strict upbringing of being clean and Not living in a world of shit. 😇

As for the days when I use to rent I would have inspections all the time & my place was always clean & my property manager would comment on it & she even offered to buy my couch. On the other hand my grandma a long time ago always said to keep your place clean because if you ever bring a date home you wouldn’t want her to think you were a slob.
