6'1"/186 cm and over if male, or 5'9"/175 cm and over if female.
Or maybe you're genetically optimal, in the middle of these two.

(Note, it says "considered" short. Most of the world has poor health and malnutrition as of 2021-2022 and are less than the height humans are supposed to be. Pretty much everywhere that's not Europe. So I don't care about meaningless statistics per country or what's considered median there. Don't bring them up.)
