Why would you assume that he doesn't have other girls? Players can have one or more girlfriend and several side chicks and still pursue other girls - they know that the girls they currently have won't be around forever so they are always on the lookout for replacements.

If you think that you will be special and will get him to change his ways for you, then you are settling yourself up to be used and discarded, because he's definitely NOT going to change. If you mess around with a player, you should expect to get played and then dumped with no concern for your feelings. Players have zero empathy. Expect that you will be sharing him with other girls, and that you will only be kept around until you become a hassle, at which time you will be replaced.
