A high-quality multi-tool, a hatchet which can double as a hammer, and a good first aid kit.
Two other useful items would be a Ferrocerium Rod to start fires, and 100 feet of 550 cord (parachute cord) which can be "unwound", and the strands used as fishing line.
Even with just the three items, don't bother looking for me... I'll be doing just fine.
Most Helpful Opinions
Knife, military style canteen (because of the built in pot) and a hatchet.
Hatchet for building shelter and processing wood for fire. Can even use it to dig a lavatory pit.
Knife for fine work like opening coconuts, processing animals, making other tools like fish traps and spears.
The canteen with the pot would be a game changer. Boiling water, cooking and having a big drinking supply is a survival must.
A man who has awesome survival skills.
Some kind of radio with unliimited batteries attached to listen to music or something.
Some kind of machete or bow and arrow with unlimited stuff to kill animals with.
Hiking boots. I good pillow. And a good lawn chair.
