This has "scam" written all over it. He is trying to buy a set of wheels but agrees to buy them without ever specifying which set. Tell him that the wheels will not b released to his brother until the payment is received and cleared your bank. That will be the last time you hear from him.

It's a scam. Don't give him any account information or your address. I've been in this situation many times. Put in your ad that it's cash and carry only
