Maybe their definition of "middle " is different.
I went on a short-term mission trip to Athens, Greece, and while Greece is technically in Europe, it's location geographically puts it in the Middle East and Greece is west of Turkey!

No we don't deny that we are located in the Middle East but the small minority (which is called Trakya or Trachea) geographically belongs to the European side.

Probably cause Turks seem to dislike Arabs and hate being mistaken as Arab and most Middle Eastern countries are Arab and partly or fully follow Sharia while Turkey is secular. Do most Turks deny being Middle Eastern?

Turkey is in Middle East. It does not change according to person.

If they hated arabs, why did they accept the religion of arabs?
