Best: I get to do whatever I want and when I want.

Worst: When I hear creepy noises in my apartment, no one is here with me. 😵‍💫 lol.

Best part: your place your rules, a sense of ownership and being independent, chance of increasing value with an asset

Con: You pay for everything, mortgage payments, property taxes, insurance, responsibility for all of the upkeep and maintenance
