Of course they're just bringing you love peace happiness you can see the smile on their face you could see they're embraced their lovely rub up against you wag your tail they're happy to see you that's what life is supposed to be about that's what how we're supposed to treat each other and around that way of course I do I say hi to everybody everything

I of your question because we are meant to be just like dogs we are meant to look at each other's eyes and be happy as if we know each other and say Hi how are you doing that means we can feel each other that means we're making Harmony in this world it means that we have no problems no judgments no opinions oh we have is love for each other that's the way humans are supposed to be if God created dog man's best friend there was a reason that he's our best friend we don't know who he is but we love him we say hi to him or her without judgment without opinion or just free and happy that's who we're supposed to be in life with each other with ourselves with this planet

I don’t. People’s pets are like their kids in a lot of ways. I wouldn’t approach some random kid just cuz they’re adorable and friendly, so i’m not gonna approach a dog either. Ell oh ell! Plus, most people in the states don’t train their mutts. So they get all jumpy and licky. I’m not about that shit.
I dated a woman who would approach EVERY dog she saw. She’d hafta check herself before she touched, to ask the owner if she could pet the animal. Her impulse, however, was always to pet first. Ell oh ell!

I’ve lost a few legs, but I do say hi just about to any dog! 👋🤣

Sometimes I say “Good morning” and nod if I’m in a hurry.

Lol but all goody jokes aside, I do love to greet dogs if they seem to acknowledge me from a far and have a friendly demeanor. If they’re owners seem friendly then it’s a win win! I ask

“safe to approach?” (Lol jk)

and then I give “such-a-good-girl,” and “such-a-good-boi” pats and shakes all around

It's not a good idea to approach a dog you don't know... you never know how they will react. If a dog and its owner approaches me, I will greet the dog (and the owner).
