It's WILDCARD - NO HINT time!

Today, there is no hint about the starting letter of this country. And to make it more interesting, not all the items listed below are about the country. Two of them are about another country, and one hint is that those two False items appear next to each other.

So, the task today is to look at all the statements, figure out which two don't apply, and use the remaining ones to define the country.

The correct answer is Cuba.

All of the statements apply to Cuba except for:
Cuba has 4 (not 3) major islands
There is no mountain in Cuba with religious significance
and FYI... Haiti is only 48 miles away (true statement)

Several people guessed Japan, which would have 3 (not 2) false statements:
Japan's literacy rate is only 98%
You can get Coca-Cola in Japan
Closest country is South Korea, 958 (not 48) miles
