To me it's absolutely gross. I was playing basketball at a hotel as a teen near the poor bear footed when this guy jumped and stepped on my toes whiched cost it to bleed.

My 4 toes two on each side later got infected and developed fungus.

A doctor prescribed oral medication and within 7 to 8 weeks my toe nails became healthy again.
