The weights are heavy my body fatigues easily I gained 8lb over the holidays, men oggle me in the gym my family don’t understand the dietary requirements and offer me food and alcohol, cardio feels like death because of my recent vaping habit. I keep telling myself one more gym session then decide to quit or not, I make a PR, I see some definition and I feel motivated again but this past week each session has challenged me. I need encouragement. I have a coach but he tells me I have to want it he can’t do the work for me.

At a certain point of burnout, training becomes detrimental to your goals. Also I don't know what exactly a bikini competitor is but am familiar with many varieties of these things where people ruin their bodies, such as making certain muscles too tight or too loose, screw up their breathing patterns, and sacrifice their health to look better such as by getting too skinny.
