Why do women in the Americas believe that acting cheaply is attractive, why can't they be like respectable women in Europe?

It is very common for American women to dress overly revealing, behave cheaply (partying, guzzling beer like a sailor, etc.) and sleep with anyone who says hello to them.

Why is this?

You go to Europe & though such women exist they are typically limited to lower & uneducated class society. Women who'll settle with whoever'll take them cause the men can't get better.

You got to America & it seems to be common among every society group. And unlike in Europe these women actually think they are worth more than second, third or fourth pickings for marriage, etc.
