A few weeks ago it was in the negative degrees and a Red Bull exploded in the car overnight, leaving this little number on the ceiling area of the passenger side. Thank goodness the rest of the interior is leather 😳

Whatever you try. . . since the stain is n fabric, it is possible that the remedy may have the unintended effect of removing color from the fabric, making the spots even worse. So, if there is a place where you have this fabric and it is not exposed, try the remedy in that area first.
As it is in fabric, I would try the Oxi-Clean stain remover for laundry. You can get it at Wal-Mart and probably most grocery stores. It is good on many different fabric stains.
What's the material? I would start with 90+% isopropyl alcohol and an old toothbrush it's it's fabric, and warm water and Mr. Eraser if it's a plastic or vinyl.
It’s fabric, I don’t know how else to describe it lol. 2015 accord ex-l if that helps.

Lemon juice and vinegar. Spray it on and let it sit, just long enough to send me a picture of you in a swimsuit. Then dab it with a wet microfiber.
I've watched enough car cleaning videos on YT: pros use a steamer.
I would use also toothpaste that has a baking soda in it, with hot water. U'd be amazed what this can do, not only on teeth! But yes, I agree with shiftingmonkey, alcohol and lemon juice mixed is also a good combo for fabrics
Wouldn't the teeth whitener in the toothpaste act as a bleach leaving a new kind of discoloration?
@HaveNoName no, the toothpaste only has baking soda as the whitening agent, I havnt had anything bad happen, I use colgate with just baking soda on the label
Cool. Thanks.
Spirits on a handkerchief I suppose.
