What did I do wrong 😢 or what could’ve been the problem?

Hello Soo I just had a genny pig he was my ( 1st) I had him since last year my mother brought it for me Soo just today he had passed butt a few days before he got sick or what ever he was completely fine 🥺 wen I feed him genny pig food and after a while I gave him a apple I cut in half and maybe like two days later or either tht night of the day I feed him he was acting extremely weird Soo wen I went to pick him up he ‘‘he was like twitching and fallin over like in a drunk way wen I sat him down on the floor his back legs he was kinda dragging them but not exactly it was like he was holding his poop his back two legs was up.. but it was like he’ll walk s normal and start walkin funny all over again but I knew it was somthing because he never sits in one place he wouldn’t even bulge wen I poke him or threw sumthinh beside him I don't know he probably was constipated.. I know genny pigs are like baby’s almost they take a lot of work to take care of and I had a gerbal also he got sick I don't know if it’s the apples but I didn’t think nothin of it wen I feed my gerbal at the time because I had him for sum years I heard they don’t live long any way but I’m very hurt because i feel like I did something wrong I would never hurt any animal on purpose I love love loveeeee animlasss ‼️💔🥺 can anyone tell me what it could’ve been please don’t judge me I’m feelin sooo disappointed 💔💔💔💔😢😢😢
