Why haven’t you guys gotten your license yet? What the hell is your excuse? Quit depending on everyone else to give you rides and FIND YOUR OWN WAY. Stop depending on Uber, lift or a taxi to get to work because that’s a lot of money you’re putting in and you don’t wanna spend your whole paycheck on that. Unless you live in some parts of New York. If you take the bus that’s fine.
I know there’s some people that cannot drive because of health issues or whatever, but if you’re just sitting around and not having a good reason you’re not driving, THEN WHY AREN’T YOU? There’s gonna be a time that your parents or caregivers won’t be able to drive anymore so you’re gonna have to step up and drive them sometimes!
There’s teenagers that are driving and what? You’re going to depend one younger people to drive? If you have no excuse why you don’t wanna drive, then get your lazy asses up and get your drivers license! I understand if you’re in your early or mid 20s but after around 26 or 27, it’s time to get your license. Someone is going to have to give you a push and bug you to get your license. Anybody that are in their 30s and over and still no license, PATHETIC! Sorry to say but someone had to say it. You’re uncomfortable that I said those things? Good! That should encourage you to get your license! Stop being lazy and get out of your comfort zone because your comfort zone is your worst enemy. Just saying. #truthhurts

Some people just have serious driving anxiety. I deal with it, but I stick to back roads, find loop arounds as I can never make a left on busy roads, and never driven on an interstate.

So you would rather have a bunch of unsafe drivers on the road because they may not be ready or comfortable to drive yet. It’s not necessarily laziness, it could be anxiety or overall fear. They are in charge of a vehicle and are capable of harming someone if they were to panic. I would much sooner have someone relying on a friend or family to get rides places, or using services like Uber as opposed to having someone that isn’t ready on the roads

But as i moved it became necessary.

Calm down. Not everyone needs to own a car, or even learn how to drive. There are so many cities around the world that are not car dependent like cities in the US and Canada.

over the years, i've noticed 2 main reasons why people still don't have a car or drivers license and they are far into adulthood: they are poor and unable to afford a car and the insurance required, or they have a medical condition, physical impairment or vision impairment that prevents them from driving a car
