100% yes. Enhancement in particular comes with LOTS of risks that should cause anyone to think twice, and teens aren't known for good judgement.

If one woman is healthy and doesn't have any health issue she shouldn't have to get surgery for her boobs in my opinion..

Yes, definitely. And any plastic surgeon that performs surgeries on minors should have his medical license pulled.

You shouldn't get surgery at all. But breast surgery should at least wait until 26; when you stop growing.
