I had a dream of longhorse last night, and now i'm single, and my sister may need to go to hospital. Does this mean the longhorse myth is true?

So I had a very vivid dream of longhorse last night, and now i'm single and my sister might need to go to hospital. The dream was of longhorse coming into my room whilst i was eating an apple. I offered longhorse the apple and the apple withered in my hands. It then left and i woke up. I now officially believe in this guy.
