What do you think of Positive Fatalism?

I don’t believe in Destiny, nor a Fate, I always believed I had the power to control my life and lead it the way I wanted.

While, I still don’t believe in destiny, now I see the bigger wisdom in accepting the life as it comes. With its’ uncertainties and unpredictability.

Unplanned.

Optimistic Fatalism - in this case is the mindset - “when it leads to a person's acceptance of events that are really beyond their control, so that their view is in line with reality.”

Kind of an attitude of Whatever will be, will be.

Maybe sometimes one should just relax and follow the flow.

I was always in charge of my life and it’s difficult letting the control go, but my recent experiences showed me, we can never fully tell what happens tomorrow, even if we do everything correctly,

Instead, just like on a sea, we can open hands, relax and enjoy following the flow, floating on water.

In the past few years, I learned that, sometimes Arundo can be stronger than Iron. Because it can Arundo is flexible enough to dance in the wind.

Accepting life as it comes, can be wise at times, even if you’re not used to giving in.

Once in my teens, a line from the book saved my life, the idea of the line was “Stop fighting with waves, relax and float.”

Maybe, that’s how we should take life as well, be light like a feather at times and strong like a steel some other days.
