I'm very good at it but it doesn't come naturally or easily. It takes a lot of effort. I've just had years and years of practice. Because it takes such effort I still don't like it.

It's a pretty easy, standard thing to do. Just don't take yourself too seriously.

Yes and no. It’s very circumstantial. However I always chew gum when I’m not home and it helps not get into talks with people.
I’m terrible at starting conversations, but a really good listener and sometimes okay at keeping a conversation going.
