Global warming does not effect much over there?
No serious warming up between 1981-2010 and 1991-2020 averages over there?

I don't know what data you got. But NA and the USA in particular It did heat up. About 1,4 C° on average.
Some parts more extreme, espacially west of the Rocky Mountains and Alaska. Some parts less, like the area around the Gulf of Mexico.
But its still warming up and will warm up even further.

They have and it's a serious problem. What are you getting your data?
With global warming, the weather patterns change. Like the Gulf Stream across the Atlantic Ocean. This means some places get warmer while some get cooler.
Averaged out over the whole globe, though, there is an overall increase in temperature.
Any process that produces carbon dioxide or methane, the two main "greenhouse" gasses. China is one of the worst, with all its coal fired power stations.

you need to isolate sun time because sun is a source of heat. the ONLY way to measure if "co2 is holding heat" is when co2 is alone without sun. at night. sure in sunlight snow melts. but that is only the side facing sun. not global.
so in new york night was COLDER THAN AVERAGE in June gasp. so if anywhere warmed, still not 'global' because new york "not warmer" even after another year of added co2.
so... you never heard of the Great Texan Continental plate... alright
I clearly just did
Global warming and cooling isn't drastic over short time scales without a natural disaster
Usually that is true, but this this winter its been very warm for most of the country.
