What are your thoughts on feeding pets live prey?

I get that some animals like snakes don’t like frozen or thawed prey. I don’t really agree with feeding live prey since there’s no chance of escape for the prey animal so it essentially tries to escape all in vain. there's also the chance that the predator could end up being injured by their prey, bitten or scratched. Which again isn’t ideal. But as long as I don’t have to see it and the death is quick I can’t tell people not to feed live

If you have to feed live animals to your pet do it as humanely as possible, not for your entertainment.
