I remember one time I was on the road and some road rager was following me and he stopped when he saw I was driving into an alleyway, long story short I was gonna shoot him in the alleyway, well that would be worse case, I would probably see if they were armed in any way but if I did shoot him, would the fact that I premeditated it by leading him into an alley show up on my charges if I would have gotten a murder charge, if they weren't armed for example, or would it be a man slaughter charge?
There was also another time I was being followed again but it was around midnight, so I drove to a dark residential road and parked my car turned off my rear and headlights and left on the emergency lights in the middle of the road just blocking the road, it was a small road, I saw the car start driving into the road but then reversed back into the intersection and drove off in the other direction, this car had tinted windows so I was unaware of what they had and how many they were, my plan was to leave my car in the dark and reposition myself so when they go behind my car I can maybe I can see what they are up too and worse case I'll shoot at them from an unexpected location outside the car, again I think this is another example of premeditation self defense in a way, even tho it's more offense than defense if you truly think of it, I wanna know if I can do this cause third is the charm or whatnot and it will probably be the time I'll have to actually act so to be ready and what i call a defense strategy might be a crime in the eyes of the court.

I ain't no lawyer... and even for lawyers, the laws do vary from state to state, lol
but I think I know what this is called... and maybe you can search it up by the term
- Anticipatory self-defense (or pre-emptive self-defense) -
don't shoot up anyone Chico
I don't think this would pop up anywhere I search it
I did search for it before I suggested it, lol...
there's at least 10 papers from legal bodies and their weighing on it
You didn't read much of it did you? Lol
only enough
and, if it is still a debate... it means, the odds and the law are against
Of course they are, that's why it's easier to break the law, even for self defense they restrict it hard lol
Probably. I was watching this one documentary about a couple (with kids) who's house was repeatedly getting broken into. Cops couldn't do shit. The wife waited for the guy to come next time and shot him. The husband accidentally confessed that it was all planned out because he told them that his wife said "it's show time" when she heard the guy trying to get in. They both did time.
Do you remember what state or country that's in? Cause I would assume it's a place with no castle law, castle law allows lethal force if someone breaks into your territory, my state has castle law, a home invasion wouldn't be an issue here, I meant more in public areas.
Unfortunately I don't remember. I watched it years ago, but it stuck with me because I think them having to do time for defending their home and young children is absurd.
I could be wrong but I think they can prove it was premeditated and wasn't in the moment it can't technically be considered self defense.
So if it ever happens I shouldn't call the police until I get a good headstart 😂
And don't tell them it was showtime. Lol
I'll just think it then 😂
Yeah it's called chico chris law
