It's an old school phone jack. I've taken many of those out during rewiring
I have no idea what that is

Old jack for a landline phone
That's a phone plug from before the existence of the "modern" modular phone plugs from the 70s, that are still used today.
You could have two phone lines on that plug, though most often only one line (two of the four terminals) were active.
Prior to the mid 70s, all phones were leased from the phone company, and most were hard-wired in, but a small percentage were on plugs such as the one pictured.
I'm old enough to know it's a telephone connector, used to connect the cable from the rotary telephone to the wall jack, much like plugging a power cable into an electric outlet today. Homes typically had wall Jack's in various rooms so the owner could decide where to put their phone or phones. You used to buy them for around a dollar (or less) at Radio Shack. It was often one of the first things you dud when moving into a new house... get the phone up and working.
that's the thingy that goes in the middle of your Lego pizza...

I used to like the sound when we used to dial the dailer disc so satisfying at the last rotation.
That’s an old-school phone line splitter for rotary phones — it lets you connect multiple phones or devices to one wall jack. Total vintage tech!
Perhaps some kind of plug?
Some sort of adapter?

Ethernet Jack for the wall?
