In 2023 I Financed a 2016 Chevy Trax.
Had the car for almost 2 Years before it broke down. There’s a lot of Engine/ Motor Stuff going on. Happened Randomly.
I owe $11,000. Left of $18,900.
My monthly payments are $592 after Tax, My APR is 18.9%.
I’ve had it towed to Multiple Auto repair shops, & I’ve paid Over $3,000 in repairs. The vehicle is still not operational. Im aware these repair shops are scamming me, Each one does.
The finance company doesn’t offer Refinancing & Wants $5,000 for a trade in.
Im not approved for any type of Loan from any credit unions.
What can I do? Contemplating surrendering the vehicle. I do not want it at all.

You really have to choose your mechanics wisely. You should only take your car to a shop that you trust or somebody you know who is not an idiot trusts. Or a shop that has a lot of good reviews. Or you can bite the bullet and take it to Chevy. It will cost a lot but it will be fixed. Or surrender the vehicle.
Clears throat - best to refer to a lawyer 👀🤭
I know a guy but who do I even target at this point? There’s no way to prove these shops scammed me
Literally each shop told me the other shop was trying to scam me. Literally.
Went with the cheapest option & It ran for a good week.
Or I could try to sue the Dealership but im pretty sure they slid all that bad stuff about the car in there somewhere and I overlooked it
No idea, maybe surrendering but they'll possibly still want a lump sum
