What age do these rules stop applying?

I was taught there are basic rules that focus on interacting with others and functioning within a community (family, school, etc.) These basic social skills were/are taught to all children in my area:

The Golden Rule: Treat others the way you want to be treated.

Manners: Saying "please," "thank you," and "excuse me".

Respect: Being kind to others, their property, and respecting elders and other adults.

Sharing and taking turns: Waiting your turn and sharing with others.

Honesty: Telling the truth and admitting mistakes.

Communication: Using "inside voices" indoors, listening actively, and not interrupting when others are talking.

Responsibility: Taking ownership of actions and commitments, and cleaning up after oneself.

However, as I venture further out into the world, meeting people online and off, watching news, observing others interacting with each other all over the planet, learning more about how societies work outside of my community , I see, to my wonderous delight, that these rules no longer seem to apply at all! I am wondering with excited expectations what age these rules will no longer legally apply for me? 'Cuz I really wanna' get out there and be rude and take stuff that's not mine and yell loud names at people and make sure everyone knows how stoopid they must be for not agreeing with me which only a fool would disagree with 'cuz surely I am right and the gods are clearly on my side. And then maybe I'll start a war or two and a new religion called Randomism.

Actual simulation of Random preaching to her flock, " Blessed are the Random ones who follow paths of Randomness to Randomism! "
