I'm retired, so the entire subject no longer affects me, except for having to change clocks.
That being said, for the benefit of younger people, I'm for daylight saving time all year long, to have the additional hour of evening daylight.
For the people who are against DST because it's not astronomically correct, I'd say go ahead and make it standard time all year long but have the business world shift their schedules one hour earlier in the day, to make it seem as if DST was in effect all year.
That'd give everyone the additional hour of evening daylight, and the clocks would be more closely aligned with astronomical time.
Except for having to change clocks, I've never understood why the time change itself upsets so many people.
That may be because I've never had a regular sleep schedule in my entire life.
When I was younger, when the switch to standard time came every fall, it felt to me as if the world ended until the next spring.
I'd really miss the additional hour of evening daylight.
Cheers!
Cheers!
I can't keep track of that.
All I know is that in England it is miserable. Just perpetually miserable.
The sun has well and truly buggered off.
such a bummer
For the sunny weather.. of course it is
I wish I could have it all ways! I like early morning light and I like late evening light. I think it's a great addition for working outdoors or enjoying outdoor activity.
You don't really "lose" anything because you regain the hour in the fall. It's such a minor thing to have to reset some clocks. I try to look on the good it gives people during the longer days.
I am tired but I dont mind it.
I couldn't sleep well last night so I went outside and saw the sunrise over the lake this morning. Beautiful and it was decent weather. I'll definitely enjoy it on the weekends.
Lol I drove to the lake.. it's not too far.
Awesome.. I hope you enjoy it 😊

It doesn't affect me too much except the radio clock in my jeep will be right for a few months now. 😊
I changed them all because it’s really annoying 😄
I hate it. I wish they would just pick a time and stick to it.
I like observing the gentle change of the seasons, the lengthening and shortening of days.
Changing times messes with people's circadian rhythms. It fucks with their heads and breaks their connection with natures cycles.
I have honestly never noticed it at all since my iphone changes the time for me automatically. In fact if you hadn't posted this I would have had no knowledge of it at all as my microwave and stove do not have clocks.
I hate it. Who needs blazing sunshine until 9pm or later?
Me 😄
It's never afffected me. I change the clocks and then forget about it.
But I woke up late one hour today also 😄
Since it's on a weekend, it's not usually that hard to get the extra hour of sleep with no reason to be up so early
It makes me relax n b happy because I hav an hr. xtra of day.
No you don’t.. we lost an hour😄
Meh. It doesn't really impact me. I'm just usually late for church that one week.
It doesn’t other than confusing me for a single morning and then we move on
It doesn't affect me the way it apparently does some people. I enjoy the extra hours of daylight during the longer days and warmer months of the year, but don't miss them during the shorter days of the colder months. I've never understood how someone can be so affected by a one hour change twice a year.
Spring ahead just messes up my sleeping for the next 2 or 3 days. Other than that, it's not a problem. Oh, I just remembered that I still need to change the clock in my car... 3 days late. 😮
It's completely fucking stupid in Indiana. Dark when parents have kids go to bus stops, still broad daylight when they go to bed.
It's only a pain like two times a year haha
I hate it i work till late so its effect my sleep. Lol.
Takes me about a week to adjust going in either direction of the hour hand.
I like having daylight until 7 oclock.
I like it too 😊
Makes me feel like I slept in too long lol
Exactly but the reality is you slept the same 😄
Sun stays out later
Give me more daylight hours to do things
Daylight saving time is so annoying.
Not a problem
