Have you ever broke a tooth from food or something else?

The first time I was eating some Wheat Thins crackers and cracked my back tooth in half and had to have extensive dental work to fix it.
The second time I was opening a tube of Chapstick with my front teeth and one of my very front teeth broke. A strip of it came off.
I didn't realize that some of our teeth are really a lot of strips and not just one solid piece.
So, what is your broken tooth story?

Yes I recently broke a front tooth , and I looked like a hillbilly , so I immediately called my dentist to make an appointment and got in as soon as I could , so before my appointment since my appointment wasn’t for awhile , I bought this stuff on Amazon called Temp tooth to fill it in for the time being and this stuff works great , I highly recommend it , if you don’t want to walk around like a hillbilly 😂 it’s 30 bucks and it’s basically a bottle of white beads that you melt like 12 or 13 of them in boiling water until they turn clear , then you mold your own tooth best you can and stick it in your opening and once it cools down it turns into a tooth that securer firmly to your gum or cracked tooth. the stuff is awesome and it will get you through until your appointment. If your teeth aren’t bright white you can boil them in coffee or tea to make the color match your teeth as well, the stuff saved me 😊

I've been suffering from a toothache from a loose crown or loose tooth for about 3 weeks now. The pain radiates along my entire right side jawbone. Weird huh?

I don't have that kind of money 🤑 to pay for a dentist so I have to just grin and bare it.

Aww that sucks @sage2021 , do you have any dental schools near you that will charge you barely nothing to fix your pain? When I didn’t have insurance I would go to a dental school and they would fix it for like 50 to 100 bucks

On the 4th of July of 2015, I broke a tooth on a grilled cheese sandwich.

Healthy teeth don't break that easily, at least not on crackers or harder foods. Often there is anaerobic, infection beneath enamel that make a tooth weak and prone to break. It's not easily visible form outside, sometime as slightly darker stain but beneath there is a cave in dentin.

It's arabic bread "pita" i ate a big chunk which caused tremendous force on my teeth, yeah i know like an animal 😏
