Marijuana users! do you ever become less affectionate after smoking weed?

the guy I have a thing with gets less affectionate when he's high, and I get way more affectionate. he's all over me when he's sober, and I know people are typically more affectionate but I don't get why or how he could become less affectionate. is this common?

It depends on how high I get :) If I smoke to where I'm at a comfortable and manageable level then I'm really affectionate. If I get higher than that, I'm a little less affectionate because I'm preoccupied with the effects of the marijuana. My boyfriend gets more affectionate the higher he is, unless he's had a long day at work. It affects everyone differently though.
