Why do so many young women treat their boyfriends like crap?

All of the girls I know that have boyfriends treat them like scum. They're very demanding and treat their boyfriend like they're a doofus and complete idiot. Also the boyfriend usually just take the treatment. Explain to me this relationship dynamic.

Most of young women got this "me, me, me" stance - they are all about what the guy should give to HER, what he should be like, what he should do, but never the other way - what SHE should do and be like to him!

Just now I found a question here, one girl considered to break-up with her boyfriend because he didn't buy her a soda, for cryin' out out!'

The saddest part is that those guys actually tolerate it, they are desperate to get laid not just because they're horny, girls also are horny, the thing is that males face an enormous pressure from their peers and the society to get laid, so it becomes a central element of their life and girls willfully exploit it.

Maybe some guys do deserve it... players CAN be played - if a girl keeps getting little favours from him all the time but at the same time not giving sex while the player keeps trying and hoping - she was succeeded and he got right now what he deserves

The bad part is that such dynamics hurt a lot of other people of both genders - it damages the reputation of guys, aka "they're just only after one thing" and it drags down a lot of girls - as guys in general because of such stories became way more hesitant when it comes to approaching thus many good girls don't even have a chance given to them despite they did nothing wrong at all.

Young guys often think they can only get some by being a doormat for these girls, and often they are not far off, but once they get into their mid to late twenties that dynamic changes to an extent.

I'm greatly tempted to believe that is why I was never able to hold onto a girl when I was younger, I never compromised my principals and thus never backed down when I was right and it wasn't very often that I was wrong (that's not me bragging, that's fact).

I also don't plan on changing, and have extended my search for a female half to the eastern hemisphere, where women have a little more of a reality-based mindset.

Actually.. statistically-wise, there are more women than men, at least since the age of 25 and up, and when it comes to educated men it's even less as today more women than men got college or BA degree, also men are way more likely to die young - drug abuse, drunk driving and so on.

and in North America.. most guys don't even consider a huge chunk of the female population...

Thus the "bitchy hot ones" are in high demand...

Yep. In the 18-25 age group, hot girls are on the decline. Their numbers aren't being replenished by younger girls turning 18.

I remember being 18 myself. On the train home every afternoon, I would see troves of hot school girls. The popular girls would be absolutely smoking hot. The less popular ones were almost just as hot, just less makeup, or hadn't fully blossomed yet.

But these days, on that same train, from the same girls schools, it's like the average dress size has increased by three. They all have man-ish faces. They don't really make an effort with their hair or makeup.

This is the card young men have been dealt.

There is a lot of this shot in their brains from television. Think about how many shows you have seen with a really hot smart wife and a stupid guy. It is a stereotypic message because of the feminist movement. Most guys don't stand up for themselves because they have been told that disagreeing with a girl is a moral wrong, as bad as lying and cheating.
