How to overcome the 'pretty girls don't poop' fantasy?

I am having difficulty visualizing a beautiful woman committing such an unpleasant, smelly, and oftentimes messy act. But I've seen many pretty ladies ingest food, sometimes a lot, sometimes more than me. Common sense tells me what goes in must come out. But I can't picture this with them. Please help.
