What does it mean when a man says 'just A LOT going on right now which I guess is a good thing'

I am 46 and the guy I am interested in is 49; we emailed each other about 4 times; he seemed interested, said I was attractive, asked me to send him more photos and asked me 'whats your story' and I responded being friendly and flirty, told him he looks very handsome and if he was single? I didn't receive a reply for almost 2 weeks so I asked him 'how is his health, is he in the hospital and I hadn't heard from him so I was worried' and he responded saying 'hey yeah I am feeling better, thanks for asking; just A LOT going on right now which I guess is a good thing'; What does this mean?

I do have a guy friend who makes time for me to chat once a week but he's married so I am not interested.

Are you guys doing on-line dating? This is typical online dating frustrations. Often men on the internet either don't have any intention on meeting and/or are actually still married ... or, there are a million and one reasons why he could be unattentive, but the bottom line boils down to the fact that he's not that into you. But you're approaching this wrong. If he isn't responding, don't keep messaging him. Move on to the next, there's a sea of men out there and you'll find one who treats you with timely interest.

It means he's either a flake or he's not interested. When a guy is really interested in a woman, his schedule magically creates room for her. You deserve better than what he's giving you.
