If a guy puts his profile picture with another girl?

Well, I want to make a move with a guy I really like, but now I'm not so sure about it.

He always stares at me and shows a lot of signs body language wise, his friend is always observing me and stuff... He turns red around me, and gets really close...

He has a girl that's his friend and he put up a picture of them together as his profile picture of them on twitter at a concert or something...

I see them talking and stuff sometimes, they must be good friends or maybe he could really like her? She doesn't have a picture of them together or anything its just him.

Sorry, I'm just confused. Does it mean he likes her and I'm too late?

Maybe it means he likes both of you. Maybe he's trying to make you jealous so that your "easier". Maybe it means he thinks he has no chance with you so he's going for second best. If he shows interst he probably is interested. Give him some subtle flirty hints and see what happens. If he's interested take it further. If he's like WTF just be cool and laugh/play it off. Guys have no idea what's going on in womens minds. He'll just think "that was weird" and you won't have lost anything.

Just because there is a girl pictured with him in his photo that doesn't necessarily mean anything believe me. I could be that it is the most recent picture he has, or one he feels he looks best in. The best thing if you're not sure is ask the guy about the girl in the picture. Chances are the picture just happened that way.
