  Because that ends up in a whole big bad situation headache. I have tried "rescuing" the guy before - actually just last year - and I'm not alone, but oh God no. I'll never do that again. Men make it into way worse. And if you have experienced women doing that to you when you try to rescue, then I definitely feel bad for you. It really isn't worth it.
