The point I'm trying to get to is when women play the hard to get card most guys haven't got the time tired of rejection and guys have the added problem it's same behaviour as men haters.

If you are in a serious relationship then is absolutely matters how many partners someone has had. Women or Man, if they change partners whenever the season changes then that is a red flag for any serious relationship. So I have to disagree with you. Why waste your time on someone that is constantly changing partners. The only time is really does not matter is when it is just a hook-up and you do not plan on having a relationship with them.
