I sometimes laugh at inappropriate moments, but if he shows no regard for your well-being, he doesn't care about you. If he doesn't care about you, well he doesn't deserve to be in your life. You're young and you deserve to be happy. You're better off single than with a guy like that.
I would get rid of him, that way you can make room for a guy that can treat you the way you deserve to be treated.
if it was a tiny slip, and there were no injuries, i'd say that a slight tease would've been acceptable.
but in that case, he should've came to your aid, regardless if his friends were there or not. it just kinda shows how much he values his 'reputation' in front of his friends rather than the respect he should be showing you as a gf.

You can't say if a person is good or bad by them laughing at you falling. Have you ever seen Americas Funniest Home Videos? I'm sure 85% of the people on there ended up at a dr or something. Falling is funny.

if you were my gf i would never laugh i will think first of how is she? is she ok or not? if she got a sprain i would love you to have a piggy ride and find ways to make you feel better. i would treat you an ice cream or something
