Best response to a girl who doesn't respond to a text?

What if the following girls don't text you back? What is your response to each one? For each of these YOU KNOW THE GIRL or have met her before.

1. A girl who you get on with and who is normally enthusiastic to text with you

2. A girl who was really enthusiastic in person and now is suddenly less reciprocal in texts - she responds to special occasion texts, but not otherwise

3. A girl who hasn't seen you in ages, and who replies to your initiator, and still hasn't replied to the next text

4. A girl who replies first time, then asks you how you are and then ignores your next question?

5. A girl who doesn't respond to your text saying how's it going during the day or that evening?

6. A girl who receives the text, has clearly been on whatsapp many times and doesn't respond to your message?
If a girl was free and still ignores, don't give her the time of day, she's just using you
A girl might be busy, provided she hasn't been online, text her again in a few days time
If she texts back unenthusiastically after a long time to your sweet text, then text her "Who is this?" That'll teach her
Delete her number, she's not a true friend
Be patient, just wait for her to respond, don't text her even a month later till she does
