Meybe it's not the way you look but what you experience together if he works only 28 hours part time it could be possible that he thinks that he doesn't deserve you or that he has failed the social standards as a Provider and to not think about that he tries to distract himself with other things. Invite him to a nice picnic in the park or go out with him and show him that after all he is more important to you than the resources he provides be it some good fucking or a bit of attention a relationship is kept flowing by experiences two people have together. Take a day off collect him from work and eat some ice-cream and talk about how strange people look you see on the street. The pattern you described sounds like he is depressed over something. And if he does not show any improvements maybe you two see a doctor Depression is better not taking lightly a lot of people show similar symptoms of depression when their mind is bored and they rarely experience new things. Sounds like he's not a happy with his lot and is letting life get on top of him. Though he's only working for 28 hours per week, if you don't look after yourself and show some reasonable self care, then you're going to be constantly knackered.

well I have always spoke my mind nd we do talk but he is not a serious talker nd thats always been his nature. I feel he's maybe took me for granted.
