Communication is most important, but trust, respect for each other, and willingness to compromise are critical too. Both people need to communicate with each other honestly and work together to find mutually agreeable solutions to any disagreements.

When both people feel listened to and respected, they trust each other, and they work together to resolve disagreements, that allows them to continue feeling the natural attraction they have for each other.

Adventure. I wanted to say respect but that’s if you also want that partner to be your friend and plan to be with each other. Adventure keeps the love alive, esp. traveling together.
