My husband won’t give me a foot rub? Why?

I’m the nice wife as in I love him to death and go out of my way ALL OF THE time to make sure he’s happy
in any way that I can
I basically never deny him anything and that includes foot massages when he has asked
but the problem is he’s not the same at all
he never does much
never compliments me or says I love you
my feet hurt really bad like the bones abs I’ve asked for a massage a lot of times and he never has and just says no

why? My feet aren’t ugly and I keep them clean
I know he doesn’t have an issue with feet either
when I ask why he says just because he doesn’t want to
like ok

ya not cool... I give my gf's foot massages all the time... they love it lol... like we're on the couch watching tv and I just grab her feet and massage them for like an hour...
