Why is my boyfriend sometimes so rude to me?

I love my boyfriend so much but lately he’s been kind of a jerk. Some of the time, he’s so sweet to me and affectionate and kisses me all over. Other times, he’s standoffish and doesn’t want to talk, which l understand and try to give him space. However, sometimes it feels like he doesn’t even care about me. We started off just as f*** buddies, but he has told me that he used to think I wasn’t attractive till he saw me without makeup, which is odd cause I’ve never been insulted like that by a guy, I’ve never been rejected or anything. He has also said other things such as that I don’t have an ass, that I’m not thick, he doesn’t like what I’m wearing, and that he hates my makeup. Of course he also compliments me and is nice to me, but those little comments stick with me and still hurt. They make me feel insecure, and he always gets annoyed and confused that I feel that way even though it’s from all those comments he said. Also, he can be so mean to me. He says I’m way too sensitive and that all I do is talk about my feelings. It makes me question myself cause when I do talk about my feelings, it’s to let him know that he hurt them but he’ll just reply with “oh my goddddd” or “you’re so dramatic”. He’ll just be flat out rude and then say it’s cause he’s honest and think I’m dramatic when I get sad. I’m happy with him and I know he loves me but it’s so frustrating, I feel like I have to keep everything bottled up inside because he’ll think I’m dramatic or annoying. Also, he complains when I don’t give him head even though I Give it to him every other day and we have sex every day and he doesn’t eat me out. What should I do? I want us to work but he can be so immature (we live together if that helps).
