How to deal with my girlfriend that gives up too easily?

I’m gonna y’all about one instance, but there’s others like it. Basically, my girlfriend wants to become famousish and she’s been getting a lot more followers lately than before. But now that she’s hit a writer’s block in creative videos and etc, she’s lost all hope basically. This is also her mindset in school too or when it comes to her athletics. She can definitely do it if she tries hard enough, but she doesn’t want to. Like she wants the reward without all the effort, and when she has to put in more effort, she gives up. I’m slowly starting to feel this in our relationship too and I don’t know what to do.

Bro. Tell her you value her, which I'm guessing you do.

She needs encouragement. Tell her encouraging things. Also tell her that these things take time. A baby takes 9 month and good nutrition.

You should tell her exactly how you feel, what you told us.

Hi! I know exactly what it feels like to give up. Gotta be strong and keep trying. Writer's block happens! Relax. It takes time. Do some art juggling. Do other creative works to let your writing skills recharge. And if you "do give up" dont. Just "low key" give up. Which technically isn't giving up, just reprioritizing, which makes it feel less sad. What I mean is, low key giving up is NOT stopping forever, but instead, do it 1-2 hours a day instead of 8-10. Because I know you love it. If you love it, keep going regardless of the fruits. You do it because you love it. And look, with that 1-2 hours a day (or every other day), you still have HOPE and chance that fruit can come.

Do you love your boyfriend? If you do, fight for it. Things that are worth fighting for are worth fighting for.

Try motivating her and help her out. In terms of writing try to give her new ideas and if you see her struggling in school try to help her. People often give up because they don’t see a point in trying, try to show her how it’s worth it if she tries.
