How to keep a female in check who likes to be super judgmental?

What's your favorite way? Do you start to do it back? And do it to others? Or do you just say eff them and go find someone else who makes you feel more comfortable and secure then them? I'd personally probably go that route and say no to them. No time for playing games and their drama. If that were the case I'd rather be alone. So they can't hurt you and your emotions. Seems like a pretty easy answer if you ask me.
