What other words can be so perfect and flattering apart from " I love you "?

The word " I love you " is now very common and easy to say, even to those who don't actually feel the love yet they'd say it... If you're to use another word different from " I love you " what will it be?

I guess if you tell a girl she is sweet since she probably does not heart that as often or say something nice but unique like comical or uplifting or quirky - just use the same types of compliments others give but use a different term - instead of smart you could say - clever - instead of beautiful you could say - tender - instead of charming you could say soothing etc...

Well, if I don't love someone, I do not say it.
I find those three words very special. I don't throw them out often to many people.
