My Crazy Ex Is Stalking Me And My Girlfriend. How Do I Get Her To Stop?

A little back story. My ex was very abusive and slanderous. She would hit me and throw stuff at me and break my things like computer phone and all that. Also accuse me of cheating and not just to me but to my friends and family. She would even sometimes tail me to places I be going to just to keep an eye on my I really didn't know how long she been doing it before I notice that but I know I couldn't put up with it all any longer so I broke up with her.

My new girlfriend that I was with during this whole ordeal is way better than her, from a long shot. After me and my ex broke up, I made her my girlfriend and things were finally going good for a couple of days. Until, my crazy ex decided to blow up my phone and found out my girls Instagram account then blew up her phone. She kept saying that she knew I was with another girl during our previous relationship and she was calling my girlfriend all sorts of names and made her cry and threatening her. The only way she found out was, right after I broke up with her, she tailed me to my other girlfriend's house and seen me kiss her before I went in. I met my current girlfriend, like 6 months into my ex's relationship. I kissed her and had sex with her, but it wasn't serious. But I couldn't tell my Ex that during our relationship or now, she's a really an unstable person. She doesn't understand relationship, and it's frustrating to deal with anyone that can't be reasoned with.

My girlfriend now is really scared, and I'm trying my best to keep our relationship stable. How can I get rid of my ex out of my life? I've tried everything I could possibly do but it's not working.
