Is This Guy Worth It?

So, I've met up with this guy four times now, he seems respectful and nice enough. However, the previous times we've been on dates he's either had to delay by a couple of hours or reschedule with me. When he rescheduled, he stipulated he was too busy on Saturday because he was helping his Nan with something and taking his cousin to the bank. His cousin is 20 and lives in a city, so I'm sure she can manage that on her own. On Sunday, he was studying/practising for a job interview he had the next day. On that Sunday, he texts me to say he's at his Gran's with his cousin because she wanted their Nan to meet her new boyfriend. Yet he was supposed to be studying for his job interview and he originally had plans with me that day. Besides, he'd spent all day with them on Saturday too? I understand that because he's looking for a new job, things are a little busy on his end at the moment. Which is why I'm worried he might not be able to commit. I asked if he would be able to meet up in the next couple of weeks before I go away for a week and he said he should be free. So in some ways, that is a good sign. But this guy lives a 10-minute walk from my house and I don't want to be in a relationship where we only see each other once or twice a month for a few hours. Especially when we live that close by. I understand he does have a busier career, more active family life and social life than I do and I'm worried that eventually, that could cause a potential wedge between us? I don't know whether to keep persevering with this guy or if I have gathered enough evidence that maybe he's not ready to commit. Or I'm never going to be a priority.
