Is it weird that I find it attractive when my man asks me to do things for him? Does anyone feel the same? (Page 2)

I know that most people would think it's controlling behaviour but at specific times I find it kinda attractive. I know it pisses off some of my friends and they think it's submissive behavior and whatnot. I'm not attracted to abusive men to make it clear. I know some people also call it "pick me" attitude which is why I'm rarely publicly open about this attraction I have. The man I'm talking to has (nicely) asked me if I could stop posting selfies on my instagram story because it bothers him that other men react to them and I automatically felt more attracted to him! There are other situations where he asked me if i could stop calling my man friend at night and not to show a lot of cleavage when I go out and I also felt more attracted to him. He is never rude or aggressive when he asks me to do this stuff so it makes me do it happily. I also feel attracted to the idea of "serving him", as in, taking care of him by serving him food and doing things for him. I am trying to understand why I find it attractive🤔 but I think that it's tied to the fact that I'm very attracted to the image of a strong masculine protecting man that is in control and in charge of the situation. And "serving" my man would kinda reflect my level of appreciation and respect for him. We can't all marry actual kings but you can make a king out of your man/husband by treating him as one I guess 😂

It's not weird, your love language is probably acts of serves, you like to serve people you love and see in their eyes how pleased they are with your service and how much they appreciate you for it..

  I'm a protective man myself and I like my wife to value me truly as her husband, trust me to protect her and obeys me at all times. So nothing wrong with being an obeying woman and nothing wrong with a protective man, people become compatible with each other based on thing like this.. There is actually a psychological effect which states if someone asks you to do something for them, and you accept it, in your mind it means "I'm doing something for them, so I must like them." So that makes sense.

I suppose it depends on what is being asked. For example "kiss me" would elicit a different reaction than "do my laundry."

It has to work both ways to be attractive. If he’s a total asshole then it’s not healthy but it sounds like he really appreciates you and reciprocates in some way so that you are basically doing favors for each other.

  I feel its more so u have a negative connotation with the word even tho objectively its just is a person that either enjoys or just by nature does what other ask or specifically a partner asks in a relationship

Honestly a lot of girls I've been with were like that. It made them feel “feminine” or “submissive” which some women love to feel more than others. There is nothing wrong with how you feel.

Nothing abnormal about it. We all get developed mentally at a very early age and our wants, needs, and actions are mostly formed then. Your culture and your family and upbringing has a lot to do with it , subconsciously

I don't think it is weird. You may want to do some research on exploring your submissive side. You may find that you are natural submissive. Of course, that does not mean that you have to compromise your self-esteem.
