I feel guilty when talking to another guy?

hi everyone, i have a bit of an issue. so i’ve been interested in this guy for about a year now, he’s moved as of 3/4 months ago. i really love him a lot and have been pursuing him for quite a while. i just wanna know why i feel guilty when talking to another guy, i’ve met this really cool guy recently and each time we interact i get this sick feeling in my stomach. me and the guy who moved aren’t even dating, so why do i feel bad? help a girl out please <3
